Season six is coming. We’ve seen the trailer – perhaps more than once – and we’re doing our very best to remain calm. We’re fans, see. Just not quite as fanatical as some of the Game of Thrones trainspotters out there in internet land.
By now the season six trailer has been watched, analysed, re-watched, magnified, watched again, in the hope that a juicy spoiler may have been overlooked. Well, Vanity Fair’s Joanna Robinson reckons she’s spotted a whopper, and it centres around the “death” of everyone’s favourite brooding, fur-wearing pin-up boy, Jon Snow.
At first glance, the trailer seems to support the GoT creators’ insistences that Snow has indeed shuffled off this mortal coil. Yes, he’s definitely dead, they said. No, he’s not coming back, they said. Even Snow actor, Kit Harrington, claimed that the only work he did for season six involved lying very, very still and trying not to breathe much.
Well, eagle-eyed Robinson, is prepared to call bulls**t on all of it. At around the 1:16 mark, Robinson is convinced we catch a glimpse of the Snow man, very much alive, waging war atop a horse. Could it be?

Yeah, cos Jon Snow is the only person in all of Westeros to have longish(for a dude) curly dark hair....
This does look promising..... But... He may have still been on set for this season as a body. There would have been more scenes needed after the fact. A funeral?
I always believed he would be back for that.
But I am crossing my fingers that other things may actually happen.
