Most celebrity selfies are posed and Photoshopped to perfection. Not this one.
Jennifer Love Hewitt has taken to Twitter to share a refreshingly real parenting selfie.
The Ghost Whisperer and mum-of-two, 36, shared a selfie showing a black scarf draped around her shoulders and chest.
“Ventured out for first business lunch since baby boy arrived,” the former Party of Five actor tweeted on Tuesday.
“Lactated through silk jumpsuit mid meeting. Had to buy scarf for dignified exit. #hotelgiftshop #mommylife.”
Hewitt, who have birth to son Atticus James Hallisay on 24 June, instantly won the praise of fans across the globe with the honest admission.
“It’s happened to the best of us,” one Twitter user wrote.
“So been there, but I didn’t have a scarf,” wrote another.
“Oh man… I remember those days, carried a scarf in my bag for months, just in case!,” wrote another.

Atticus is Hewitt’s second child with actor husband Brian Hallisay, 36, whom she married in a surprise wedding back in 2013.
The pair, who co-starred in The Client List and began dating in 2012, also have a one-year-old daughter called Autumn James Hallisay.
Hewitt most recently starred in Criminal Minds, but left the cast of the show at the end of the season after becoming pregnant with Atticus.
