Inside the extravagant $1 million Mehajer wedding, complete with flash cars and a dove.

Remember Salim Mahajer’s wedding? You know, the quaint little Lidcombe gathering with the helicopter, jet flyover, supercars and road closures? Well, today it was his sister’s turn.

Having formally tied the knot in an intimate ceremony last weekend, Kat Mehajer and her beau Ibrahim Sakalaki saved the proper knees up for this afternoon, which they shared with more than 100 guests at Longuevue Mansion in the Sydney suburb of Kenthurst. News.com.au reports the proceedings were likely to top a cool $1 million.

So much secrecy surrounded the whole happy day, that guests reportedly weren't even tipped off about the location until 40 minutes beforehand (n.b. friends of the author, don't ever do that. Ever. Cool?).

The below photo was taken before today's big bash.

SO. The details.

Well, according to The Daily Mail, the blushing bride was weighed down by a gown that cost $100,000, contributing to roughly one 10th of the day's overall bill.

Here's a glimpse. It looks lacy. And long. And white.

The pictured pooffy number is one of three outfits the new Mrs Sakalaki was due to wear today, according to news.com.au, including two gowns by lusted-after designers Steven Khalil and one by Thomas Lazar.

Also, in case you were wondering, last week's dress was an Alex Perry number.

The men, meanwhile, were wearing, well, suits. We'd love to tell you which brand, but no one seems to know/care.

Sakalaki (that's him throwin' peace signs in the Instagram post above) reportedly met his beaming wife beneath a chandelier at the top of the mansion's magnificent internal staircase, before they then disappeared -- presumably to get the boring bit out of the way.

Some time passed, and then the couple emerged to much fanfare, drumming and joyous dancing on the marble steps outside.

At least one white dove was also released into the air. No word yet on whether it has returned.

No attempts have been made to contact the dove. Image: Instagram.

Of course, it wouldn't be a Mehajer wedding without a fleet of seriously fly supercars. From the pics, Mamamia spotted at least one Lamborghini Aventador, a Mercedes-Benz G-something, a Porsche Panamera and.... well, you get the idea.

Lots of cars, most very fast and all very expensive.

As with Salim's nuptials, there was also a little fleet of cop cars present today, apparently just to make sure "everything went smoothly".

As a NSW police spokesperson told The Daily Mail, "Flemington local area command is working with other agencies following notice of an event this Saturday."

Former Auburn Deputy Mayor Salim, 30, arrived in a Rolls of some kind, but not before getting a close, straight razor shave and making himself pretty for his sister's big day.

It's the only day when 10+ Instagram photo uploads are allowed! Let's do this! ???? ????

The property developer appeared to be attending alone, having reportedly become estranged from his wife, Aysha, who took out an apprehended violence order against him last month.

The couple were married in August last year in a ceremony they described as "the wedding of the century". The extravagant celebrations, which attracted worldwide headlines and pissed off numerous neighbours, closed an entire Lidcombe street.

Kat and her hubby reportedly requested their own road closure in the lead up to today, but were denied by the council. Given the ceremony was nowhere near the Cumberland zone, we're going to go ahead and say "decoy".

But who knows? Maybe they just have a decent sense of humour.
