Jennifer Lawrence wows at final Hunger Games world premiere.

Hollywood’s biggest stars gathered in Berlin, Germany last night to celebrate the premiere of the much anticipated final instalment of the Hunger Games movie series, ‘Mockingjay Part 2’.

Jennifer Lawrence stole the show in an incredible low-cut purple gown on the red carpet where she was joined by other members of the star-studded cast.

25-year-old Lawrence walked the red carpet with her handsome co-star and Aussie movie-man of the moment, Liam Hemsworth by her side along with Josh Hutcherson, mimicking the love triangle their characters played in the movie series.

Joining Lawrence in the stellar strong female leads were red carpet royalty, Julianne Moore and Elizabeth Banks.

Oscar-winner Moore wore a classic, understated black gown, whilst her 41-year-old co-star, Banks donned an elegant floral A-line dress.

The whole cast featured on the red carpet for the final instalment of the Hunger Games franchise which is based on the book series by best-seller Suzanne Collins, whose three book dystopian trilogy was split into four movies with the first half of the final film being released one year earlier.

‘Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2′ takes off where Part 1 ended with Katniss (played by Jennifer Lawrence) discovering that District 13 had not been destroyed.

Part Two, which is rumoured to be even more action-packed, sees us joining Katniss and her followers’ return to Panem’s Capitol with the intention of killing the President.

Lawrence claims playing such a strong leading lady like Katniss inspired her to speak out on the unequal gender pay gap in Hollywood.

“I don’t see how I couldn’t be inspired by this character, I mean I was so inspired by her when I read the books, it’s the reason I wanted to play her,” she said at a press conference earlier this week.

“So I think it would be impossible to go four years with this character and not be inspired by her.”
