You've been doing it all wrong: Peeling garlic

Peeling garlic is deceptively time-consuming, but with two bowls and a little bit of elbow grease you can peel an entire head of it without getting skins all over your kitchen.

Pretty simple, huh? We reckon the intensive shaking also counts as a portion of your daily cardio quota, so there’s an added bonus.

Unfortunately, we can’t help you with the inevitable issue of garlic breath. You’re on your own with that one.
