Yesterday, we brought you news that one of the most popular sitcoms ever, How I Met Your Mother, has come to an end. After 9 seasons of Ted Moseby telling his future children the tale of how he met their mother, we finally know for sure who she is, how they met, and most devastatingly of all – how she died.
We also know the fate of Robin and Barney’s marriage, the pinnacle of Marshall’s career, the expanding family of Marshal and Lily, and the romantic destiny of Robin and her blue French horn. Predictably, the reaction has been intense. We’ve grown to love these characters, and now we’ve seen where their lives end up and it’s time to move on…

I loved it. I have a friend who was widowed a little while ago, so maybe my opinion was influenced by that. For me, I loved the fact that you can have a love of your life, but even if it's only for a short time, love can still happen.
