1. Gwyneth Paltrow’s interesting relationship advice.
You may or may not have noticed that Gwyneth Paltrow is EVERYWHERE at the moment.
The 40-year-old appeared on Chelsea Handler’s late night show, Chelsea Lately, on Monday night when Handler revealed that Paltrow had once advised a female friend to resolve an argument with her husband by giving him oral sex.
Paltrow clearly unaware that her marriage advice was going to be revealed on live television, as she covered her face with her hands and exclaimed, “What if my mom is watching this show?”
This is what Chelsea told the audience:
“We were at a dinner party one night and this girl was asking for advice and Gwyneth is an amazing advice giver.
“The woman was saying ‘I got into a big fight with my husband and I got home and I wanted to scream and yell’ and Gwyneth was like ‘Whatever you’re doing just do the opposite, just go at him with love and you give him a blow job’.”

3. Catherine Zeta-Jones voluntarily checks into mental health facility.
A spokesperson for Catherine Zeta-Jones’ has confirmed that she has voluntarily checked herself into a mental health hospital for treatment of her bipolar II condition.
“Catherine has proactively checked into a health care facility,” her rep, Cece Yorke, tells People. “Previously Catherine has said that she is committed to periodic care in order to manage her health in an optimum manner.”
A source tells People that “There was no big problem,” the 43-year-old is simply maintaining her condition which is symptomatic of mood swings, often with episodes of depression.
“This was just a good time to do it. She is in between projects. This has always been part of the plan. She would manage her health. She is vigilant about it.”
In 2011, the actress also spent time in a Connecticut mental-health facility for the disorder, at the time her husband of 11 years, Michael Douglas, was also battling cancer.
We wish her well, but why is this a big deal again?

Ex-The Voice contestant, Prinne Stevens was the first celebrity to be fired by Mark Bouris on Celebrity Apprentice last night. Stevens focused her energy on actually cooking the fish rather than pulling in any celebrities, money or singing during the during the Fish and Chips challenge on Bondi Beach.

I think it's GOOD that Catherine Zeta-Jones' proactive treatment of her mental illness is news for the moment - the more acceptable mental health issues and their treatment are the better. Whilst we've come a long way, there is still quite a stigma attached. I have had depression for over 20 years and am very proactive about it. I completed Uni, was a highly paid professional in a high stress role for many years, have married, have two gorgeous children, run my own business. I'm not saying this for kudos, but because people in the midst of suffering need to know that being proactive and attentive to your mental health needs can mean the difference between a life defined by your mental illness and a life despite it. Don't sell yourself short.
