Gwyneth Paltrow and her husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin, have reportedly snapped up a new beach pad.
The $14 million ocean-view property, designed by architect John Lautner, was built in the early 1970s and was previously owned by real estate developer Donald Sher.
According to AOL Real Estate, “The 1970s four-bedroom, three-bath home is on a secluded stretch of Malibu beach and hidden away in mature trees and bushes, with rock walkways wandering through the 1-acre property.”
It also has heated sandstone floors, a chef’s kitchen, a swimming pool, tennis court, direct beach access and a gym and yoga studio.
Paltrow and Martin will also count Julia Roberts as one of their new neighbours.
