She captioned the pic "Switzerland!" with a baby bottle emoticon to ram home the message.
Gwen and hubby Gavin Rossdale are parents to three boys, Kingston, 8, Zuma, 5, and baby Apollo.
The singer, 44, has talked about breastfeeding in the past, saying that with Zuma, he self-weaned before he was one and it felt "like total rejection."
