A Glee star has been indicted for possession of child porn.

Former Glee star Mark Salling has been indicted for possessing child pornography.

TMZ are reporting that the actor, who is best known for playing Noah “Puck” Puckerman on Glee, has been indicted by a federal grand jury on two counts of receiving and possession of child pornogrpahy.

According to Crime Watch Daily, both counts allege that Salling both received and possessed images and videos depicting indecent images of young children.

If found guilty of the charges, the 33-year-old actor could face up to 20 years in prison for both counts.

It is alleged police received a tip-off from one of Salling’s ex-girlfriends, who then raided the actor’s home and seized a laptop computer, a hard drive and a USB flash drive. He was arrested on December 29, but later released on $20,000 bail.

U.S. Attorney Eileen Decker said responded to the indictment, saying ,”Young victims are harmed every time an image is generated, every time it is distributed and every time it is viewed.

It’s not the first time Salling has had quite a severe run in with the law, after being sued back in January 2013 by ex-girlfriend Roxanne Gorzela for sexual battery.

In the lawsuit, Gorzela accused Salling of “penetrating her without a condom,” even though she had explicitly stated that she did not consent to unprotected sex. The lawsuit also saw Gorzela accuse the actor of pushing her to the ground and causing injury to her knees when she confronted him over his actions.

Salling was ordered to pay Gorzela $2.7 million in damages and admitted to causing her to fall and injure herself through negligence.
