Get your baby to sleep in less than 45 seconds. This is not a drill.

Just watching this made us sleepy.

A lot of parents find it hard to get their baby to sleep. Getting your baby to sleep in under a minute – that’s impossible. Or so we thought.

A father from Sydney has shown us how he gets his 3-month-old baby, Seth to sleep in just 42 seconds. Nathan Dailo uploaded a video to YouTube showing the world the simple trick you need to know to get your baby’s eyes shut in less than a minute.

Yes, we are probably about to change your life and your nocturnal habits.

Dailo wrote, “I’m sure every parent tries new things to put their little one to sleep. Watch as my wife and I put our 3 month old baby boy, Seth, to sleep in under a minute using nothing but a piece of tissue paper.”

Here’s what you need to do. Step one: get tissue paper.

Step two: Put the tissue on your baby’s forehead.

Hey little guy.

Step three: Stroke the tissue over your baby's face.

It's time to sleep.

Step four: Pull it off your baby's face.

You're getting tired.

Step five: Let the baby sit in a meditative state for a second.

Take time to rest.

Then repeat:

So sleepy.

Your baby will begin to tire - the tissue will prevail. The tissue always wins.

And he's out.

Bam - 42 seconds later - your baby is in the land of Z's.

The video has been viewed over 40, 000 times with many commenter's saying they've had great results with getting their own babies to sleep using the tissue trick.

No baby can resist the soft strokes of a tissue. And honestly watching this made me what to tuck up in bed and get my sleep on. Dailo and his wife may really be on to something.

Give the tissue trick a go and let us know if it works.
