Geelong AFL stars have re-enacted The Bachelor finale, and it's bloody brilliant.

We’ve seen some stellar end-of-season costumes from AFL players over the years, but none – I repeat, NONE – compare to the ones from Geelong Cats’ Wacky Wednesday.

Why?

Because not only did this year’s Brownlow Medallist, Patrick Dangerfield, dress up as The Bachelor’s Osher Gunsberg, he also brought along Richie, Alex, Nikki, and Olena. (…. Kind of.)

There were roses. There were (faux) tears. And, most importantly, there was a reenactment of the show’s most heart-wrenching moments: Olena and Nikki’s rejections.

Who will Richie choose …

Basically, it’s bloody glorious… apart from the boys’ questionable dress choices.

(DISCLAIMER: I prefer those frocks to the ones actually worn in the finale. They’re ever-so-slightly less nausea-inducing.)

Also, there’s a minor deduction for Olena 2.0 looking absolutely nothing like the original, but still.

While Scott Selwood made the perfect Richie, and young guns Matthew Hayball, Wylie Buzza and Ryan Gardner were beautiful laydeez, none could top Patrick Dangerfield’s performance as Australia’s most follically-blessed host.

Actually, looking at Patty’s perfectly-quiffed hair, we think Osher might be out of a job tomorrow.

Boys, if the whole footy thing doesn’t work out, it looks like you’ve got illustrious futures in reality television ahead. Brava.
