Totally with you there. It's hard to tell in her face because it's usually covered with some sort of artistic painting (or TONS of makeup) and gigantic glasses, but still she doesn't look 23 to me. I would say closer to the upper 20's... maybe 28?
Meredith - I try to be supportive of other women - even famous women - whenever possible.
