Fifi Box defends Bec Judd, post-bikini selfie.

Radio presenter Fifi Box has defended model/TV presenter Bec Judd against social media commenters.

On Friday night, Judd shared this bikini selfie with her 196,000 Instagram followers. The response was fierce, with a lot of people helpfully pointing out that Bec Judd had lost weight.

“To post negative comments on somebody’s feed is so hurtful, so you know I don’t think Bec uploaded a photo hoping that people would hate on her, but then she gets all that driven at her,” said Fifi on her radio show this morning. “I just think if you don’t like something somebody posts…if you don’t like somebody…unfollow them!”

Hit unfollow – and while you’re at it, spread some sunshine and positivity, why don’t you?

“Let’s just try to spread a bit of warmth and love to each other and stop hating on people unnecessarily,” she said.

“I personally, if it ever happens to me, I just feel sorry for the person that they’ve given that energy. I’m like ‘mate, I’m sorry that I got in the way of you actually enjoying your life that you felt like saying that to me’. And you know what I think of you? Block!”

When shit gets real on social media, should you just unfollow? Or do you have the right to comment on a photo that’s shared publicly?
