Kim Kardashian and Kanye West win big in their latest court case.

It was an intimate engagement involving a football stadium, 50-piece band, camera crew and 50 of their nearest and dearest and yet, somehow private footage was leaked…

Just in case US $215 million wasn’t enough to fill their overflowing bank accounts, Kim and Kanye West just won a large pay out from a recent law suit.

The Wests just received a sweet $440,000 payout from YouTube founder Chad Hurley after he was charged with leaking a video of the couples extravagant engagement.

Kanye West proposed to Kim Kardashian on her 33rd birthday in 2013. West famously hired out AT&T Stadium, organised a 50-piece band and ensured 50 of Kim’s closest family and friends were around. It also happened to be conveniently filmed for an episode of ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians.’

Guests were asked to sign a confidentiality agreement prior to entering the stadium and it appears that all but one guest managed to do this. The West accused Hurley of breaking their agreement and “manipulating” his way into the intimate event.

Hurley’s video showed the rapper getting down on one knee. He later put it on his website MixBit. It’s believed Hurley was after 15 minutes of fame after 2 failed attempts of business following the success and sale of YouTube.

The newly engaged couple were not happy with this breach and contacted their lawyer straight away.

Hurley was quick to pay the Wests the $440,000 in damages he owed to ensure the case quickly disappeared and considering he sold YouTube for $1.6billion, the punishment barely caused a dent in his kitty.
