Elle Halliwell Faced Life And Death On The Same Weekend.

In April 2016, Elle Halliwell was going about her life as a Fashion Editor and showbiz reporter at The Sunday Telegraph. She was fit, she ate healthily and she only drank on weekends. She was by all means normal.

But then she got a call that would change her life. She was diagnosed with Leukemia and 48 hours later she found out she was pregnant.

And all of a sudden life and death were living in her body.

Her story became national news. Should she keep the baby and save her life, or risk her life for her unborn child?

Confronted with her own life, Elle decided that she would keep the baby. Even though it meant not being able to take the treatment that would most likely save her life.

So what were those 48 hours like? What happens when cancer and motherhood collide? And during all of this, how do you keep living a normal life?
