Meet Marilyn D. York, men’s attorney; she’s not like a regular attorney, she’s a cool attorney.
As she helpfully lets men know, while their wives are shedding baby weight after nine years and hooking up with their son’s baseball coaches on the sly, she’s there to help. Never mind perpetuating ridiculous stereotypes, she’s prepared for every man after he’s blindsided by a ‘long-planned divorce’.

This will appeal to those men who (actually I should say people) feel that they've been treated unfairly on some level AND who understand satire.
There will also be those who don't understand satire and will buy into her "female-bashing spiel" but I suppose she doesn't mind taking their money either.
She's actually pretty smart. Any good family lawyer will tell you that judges have no time for your petty divorce crap, they hear it every day. They just want to split your shit and do what;s best for the kids. So any time the clients waste with petty "he said she said" crap is just money in the lawyers pocket.
In saying that, this ad is pretty gross and I hate that she perpetuating the stereotype of the harpie woman out for all she can get, it will, however, appeal to a particular type of person and she will make buckets loads off those people.
