Home And Away star Dan Ewing said to be ending his four year marriage.

Former Home and Away star Dan Ewing has reportedly split from his wife of four years, Marni.

According to the Daily Mail the pair have been separated for a number of months and are determined to remain close for the sake of their two-year-old son, Archer.

Dan is best known for playing the role of Heath Braxton on Home and Away for three and a half years, and was married to Marni in 2012.

The pair moved to the US after Dan left Home and Away, but returned not long after, deciding that Australia was the place the pair wanted to raise Archer.

Despite being highly active on social media, Marni has not posted a photo of or with Dan in 23 weeks, which dates back to before Christmas. She also posted two images earlier this week not wearing her wedding or engagement ring.

Dan posted an image of Marni with Archer on Mother's Day, but has also been quiet of late.

Dan was also charged with assault against Marni in 2011, prior to their wedding.

The pair spoke openly of their desire to have a family in 2013, after Marni miscarried while in London for a Home and Away promotional tour.

At the time, Marni took to social media, writing, "I yesterday learnt that I had lost my angel. We spent all day mourning our loss. I underwent tests, injections, surgeries. The baby I had wanted for so long had left us."

But happily for the couple, Archer was born the following year.

Neither Dan, who played Heath Braxton on  for seven years, nor Marni have responded to the comments.
