Listen to Daisy Pearce discuss the AFLW league on I Don’t Know How She Does It:

Speaking on the Melbourne Football Club’s website last December, she said:

“I’m sure I won’t be the last person to get pregnant and want to get back to play footy, or any sport for that matter.

“As we start to see more and more elite women’s sports, we’ll see more and more people trying to juggle it and their family commitments. I’m one of the first in footy to go through it, but let’s hope we see it more and more – it’ll be a beautiful part of sport.”

2. Married at First Sight’s Lauren explains why she couldn’t stay friends with Matthew.

MAFS couple Lauren and ex-virgin Matthew are officially cancelled after a very loud and very offensive conversation was overheard at a dinner party.

Matthew, who was a virgin and now… isn’t, was overheard by his fake TV wife telling the other grooms he wasn’t attracted to her.

(This all happened post-coitus, folks.)

Obviously, this isn't something anyone would like to hear, and Loz was rightly hurt - ultimately leading to both of them deciding to leave the experiment and re-downloading their dating apps.

All things considered, it didn't come as much of a surprise to us that Loz isn't keen on catching up for coffee with her failed match off-camera.

In fact, she's cut Matt out of her life completely.

Speaking with Nine Honey, the makeup artist said that she has made no effort to contact Matt since leaving the show.

"I decided I could not be friends with Matt because I was hurt and being friends would probably prolong the healing process," she told the website.

Yeah, fair enough.

3. How Bradley Cooper helped his co-star Ken Jeong while his wife had cancer.

When Ken landed the role in the cult comedy, his wife Tran was recovering from chemotherapy for breast cancer.

With Tran unable to travel while The Hangover cast were filming in Las Vegas, Bradley drove Ken to be with his wife in Los Angeles.

"Tran was too weak from the chemo and couldn't travel. So we were in LA for the holidays and Bradley had us come over to his place to be with his family," Ken told Entertainment Tonight.

"It got me through the most difficult period of my life."

Not long after filming for the movie wrapped, Tran was declared cancer-free.

4. Just how much Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s 16-day tour cost Australia.

It was one of the most anticipated royal tours of all time.

But according to newly released documents, it turns out the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's visit last October actually cost Aussie taxpayers a lot.

According to a statement from a spokesperson for the Prime Minister, the royal couple's visit totalled $410,579.96.

Yep, ouch.

Although the number seems pretty high, Prince Charles and Camilla's trip to Australia for the 2018 Commonwealth Games actually resulted in a bill to Australia higher than $1 million.

And honestly, the cost of Harry and Meghan's visit really was all worth it for this adorable moment:

5. The most bizarre part of Sam's chat with the experts on last night's Married at First Sight.

Sam is cheating on his wife.

Sam has criticised his wife’s weight.

Oh, and the day after their wedding, Sam abandoned his wife without a word and did not contact her for a week.

But on Sunday night’s Married At First Sight, Sam said he felt disrespected by his ‘wife’ Elizabeth. He thought of himself as a respectful guy and believed Elizabeth’s communication skills were lacking.
