BY MAMAMIA TEAM
Every day at Mamamia we celebrate the writing and achievements of women online. We trawl the interwebs to bring you the best of what everyone’s talking about. We make you laugh, we make you cry, we make you think, we make you feel and today – we’re going to make you cheer.
A few months ago – we thought up the idea of the Most Clickable Women Awards, and with the help of our partners Nissan – we’ve been able to showcase some amazing women and their work.
We started with more than 50 amazing women who were making waves in the online world. That was then whittled down to four grand finalists, Chantelle from Fat Mum Slim, Eri & Trudi from Hard to Find and Kristy from the Imperfect Mum.
And now, with more than 10,000 votes cast by Mamamia’s readers, we would like to introduce you to Australia’s inaugural Most Clickable Woman. Drum roll please….
Australia’s 2013 Most Clickable Woman is Chantelle from Fat Mum Slim!
We are so happy for Chantelle and hope you’ll join us in sending her a giant virtual hug and a high five.
Mamamia would like to thank all the women who were nominated. The calibre of the women who took part in this competition was nothing short of outstanding.

Congratulations Chantelle. Hope it opens some new doors for you.
There's no mention of the prize though - can you explain please MM?
Personally I didn't vote, as you were required to cast a vote for each category. I didn't have an opinion about two of the categories.
Given that there doesn't seem to be a winner for each category, can you please explain what that was all about it?
Thanks.
Does Clickable Woman equate to how popular (page views, followers, clicks) someone is on the Internet, or the quality of their site/the difference they're making?
When I think of Clickable Women I think of women who are making a tangible difference on the web, not just page views and social media followers.
Hey Clickable?
With the awards, we really tried to focus on women who are creating a buzz on the internet - and that meant that we had a range of finalists, some of whom only had a few hundred followers and some who had a few thousand.
That's why we had the three categories - so we could really showcase the range of women who are doing amazing things on the internet
