Everything there is to know about Caitlyn Jenner's girlfriend, 22-year-old Sophia Hutchins.

It started with rumours of an engagement.

Caitlyn Jenner, aged 68, was looking to tie the knot with her 22-year-old girlfriend Sophia Hutchins. Of course, the rumour was never confirmed, but it did spark a conversation:

Who is the woman Jenner is dating who also happens to be 46 years her junior?

Well, Hutchins is 22 years-old, as mentioned – which also makes her the same age as Caitlyn’s daughter Kendall – and she is a transgender model.

The couple’s first public appearance together was when Jenner took the model to the GLAAD Awards in April, but there are reports the two have been dating since last year.

According to In Touch Magazine, Hutchins is studying finance at Pepperdine University and models on the side.

In an interview with her school newspaper back in 2016, Elle reports Hutchins said her decision to transition was inspired by Jenner having done it publicly.

“I’ve always had the question of, ‘Do I want to transition from male to female?’ I never thought a lot about doing it until I got into college because I was able to break away from my family and started to establish my own identity. College gave me the time to deal with a lot of issues that had always been there,” she reportedly said at the time.

In her 2017 memoir, Jenner was realistic about how and when she would find love again.

“A future female companion? I think about that. A future female sexual companion? Not happening, at least for now, and perhaps not ever,” she wrote. “A future male sexual companion? I have never had the inclination. But maybe that attitude might possibly change if I have the Final Surgery.”

Interestingly, apart from small sprinklings of information, there isn’t a heap out there about Jenner’s 22-year-old girlfriend. But given she has just stepped into one of the most famously public families in the world, there’s a chance that won’t last very long.
