Beyoncé expands her empire with a fancy new athleisure collection.

Leotards, trackies and slides, oh my. Beyoncé is taking her World Domination Strategy one step further with the release of her own athleisure (apparently it’s a legitimate word, guys) line, IVY PARK.

Beyoncé has finally stopped teasing us (the line was first announced in October 2014, so it’s been a long wait), dropping the first pictures from the brand’s Spring/Summer ’16 collection on Instagram and in an exclusive photoshoot with ELLE. Want.

This is not just another celebrity-endorsed collaboration either – while it’s a partnership with Topshop founder Sir Phillip Green, IVY PARK is a standalone brand and will be available at Topshop Australia from April 15.

“I would wake up in the morning and my dad would come knocking on my door; tell me it’s time to go running. I remember wanting to stop but I would push myself to keep going. It taught me discipline,” she told ELLE. The brand’s name pays homage to that – ‘IVY’ after her daughter Blue Ivy and ‘PARK’ after Parkwood Park, the area Beyoncé and her father would run in. In true Bey spirit, the singer also hopes the collection will serve as an motivating and empowering tool. (Post continues after gallery.)

“When I’m working and rehearsing I live in my workout clothes but I didn’t feel there was an athletic brand that spoke to me. My goal with Ivy Park is to push the boundaries of athletic wear and to support and inspire women who understand that beauty is more than your physical appearance,” she said. “True beauty is in the health of our minds, hearts, and bodies. I know that when I feel physically strong, I am mentally strong and I wanted to create a brand that made other women feel the same way.”

Our favourite part about the collection? It comes with Queen Bey’s vibe, sure, but it actually looks comfy.

The predominantly black, white and grey-with-a-hint-of-navy collection incorporates a mix of textures and includes a logo emblazoned leotard that’s sure to be dominating your Insta newsfeed right about now.
