Yet the former Real Housewives of New York City star has taken her skinny pushing to an incredible new low, as she launches her own line of “skinny marijuana“.
And while legally making money on drug distribution (which is legal in the US) isn’t pathetic enough, the strain that will be picked, packaged and sold is engineered to stop users from having the munchies after.
Because no one wants to get stoned AND fat, right?
“It will be a specially engineered strain of pot designed to not give you the munchies. She read about how profitable the cannabis industry is and wants to get in on that," a source told Us Weekly.
44-year-old Bethenny tweeted in December, “OMG it's the craziest thing to see marijuana legal in Aspen. People walking into pot stores like it's the @Gap #prohibitiondone."
The sales venture may be Bethenny's latest attempt to make some quick cash, as reports suggest that her estranged husband Jason Hoppy is after more money in their divorce settlement.
“Jason turned down a $3 million settlement offer because he wanted more. Their divorce has gotten nasty," Us Weekly reports.
