From The Bachelor to MAFS: A definitive ranking of the top six reality TV moments of 2019.

Gather round, people.

We’re almost at the end of 2019 and we all know what that means: it’s time to spend hours reminiscing over the year that was in Australian reality TV.

From The Bachelor franchise to Married At First Sight, to the weirdness that was The Masked Singer, this year has certainly been jam-packed with reality TV goodness.

WATCH: Mia Freedman interviewed The Bachelorette’s Angie Kent about her new relationship on No Filter. Post continues below.

In reality TV world in 2019, we’ve seen The Bachelor turned private investigator, a fruit bowl throwing incident, and even celebrities dressed as giant furry animals.

It’s been… weird. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

So without further ado, here’s our definitive ranking of the top six Australian reality TV moments from 2019.

6. When the Australian Survivor contestants received videos from their families.

In an episode of Australian Survivor this season, the contestants got a chance to watch a special home video message from their family while enjoying popcorn and ice cream.

But while the experience was emotional for many of the contestants, it was a little different for supermodel and resident Survivor villain David.

While a video of his family played in the background, David literally buried his head in a mountain of popcorn.

David’s mission had a purpose, though.

While digging through the popcorn, he actually managed to find ANOTHER immunity idol.

Oh, and Luke eating ice cream while crying was definitely the show’s most relatable moment.

5. Just… everything on The Masked Singer Australia.

Ah, yes.

Remember that one time we were obsessed with watching celebrities dressed in furry animal costumes singing and dancing in front of a very puzzled Lindsay Lohan?

Yeah, that happened.

When we look back at The Masked Singer Australia, there isn’t an exact moment that stands out.

Because… the entire show was absolute madness.

Seriously, we're pretty sure some of the costumes will haunt our dreams forever.

4. Ciarran's presence on The Bachelorette.

No.

We're still absolutely heartbroken over Ciarran's exit on The Bachelorette.

But we can't forget just how much joy Ciarran's presence on the show gave us.

It all began when The Bachelorette contestants, Angie Kent and her best friend Yvie Jones went to an, ahem, Bachelorette party. (Seriously though, we can't believe they didn't come up with the Bachelorette party group date earlier).

When they arrived, however, Osher announced that one of the men would have to be the model for a live nude drawing class.

Enter: Ciarran.

“I was speechless. I had no idea where to look. I couldn’t look,” Angie told the producers after Ciarran stripped off and honestly, same.

From that moment on, Ciarran – the funny, charismatic, "sexy Willy Wonka" from Manchester – quickly became Australia's favourite Bachelorette contestant of all time.

From his colourful suits to his general respect for Angie and the other contestants, we certainly hope we'll get to see Ciarran on our screens again soon.

3. Angie's takedown of Jess on The Bachelorette.

This year's season of The Bachelorette featured former Gogglebox and I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! star Angie Kent.

In one of the very first episodes of the season, Angie quickly became Australia's favourite Bachelorette after sending Jess, a local councillor from Noosa, packing from the show.

In case you've forgotten, Jess entered The Bachelorette mansion donning a red cape and carrying a throne that was far too large. Oh, and he also gave Angie a key to his actual apartment. It was... a lot.

But after entering the mansion, Jess began to infuriate approximately everyone – including fellow contestants and crew on the show – with his inappropriate, creepy behaviour.

After Carlin told Angie about the "creepy" and "sexual" stuff Jess had been saying about her behind her back, Angie confronted him.

“You’ve actually made a lot of the makeup artists and crew not very comfortable," she said.

"If there's anything in my entire life that I've been super sure of, it's that I never allow a man to come in and f*ck with my sisterhood," she continued.

"You never talk about me as a person. You always talk about me like a piece of meat. If a man can't accept and respect what I'm putting down, I'd rather be single for the rest of my life."

Finally, after being asked to leave, Jess got into a limo and left the mansion.

It was... brilliant.

2. The great dog-related mystery on The Bachelor.

For the first time in a few years, The Bachelor Australia welcomed a brand new Bachelor – astrophysicist Dr Matt Agnew. (Yep, he wasn't a celebrity or a former contestant).

But... that doesn't mean the season was free from drama.

Early on in the season, The Bachelor went full MAFS when one of the contestants allegedly called Matt a few, erm, animal-inspired names behind his back.

In the whodunnit mystery of the decade, the entire cocktail party revolved around one question: "Was Matt called a dog c*** and a disrespectful pig or no?"

After Abbie alleged that Monique was the one who called Matt names, Matt went full Bach P.I and asked the other contestants about the incident.

At the next cocktail party, Matt and Monique sat on a special ~interrogation couch~ and after their conversation, Monique was sent packing.

1. When Cyrell smashed a fruit bowl on Married At First Sight.

Let's be honest, Married At First Sight seems like a lifetime ago.

But while it's been quite a while since we've seen MAFS on our screens, there's a few moments from this year's season that have been seared into our minds forever.

You see, this year's season of MAFS was all about, erm, cheating scandals... which obviously culminated in a lot of drama.

The most memorable fight? The fruit bowl incident, of course.

In case you've forgotten, here's the general gist: Martha told Nic that Jessika had told her that Nic rubbed her leg at a dinner party, which he denies ever happening. Cyrell, who, ahem, apparently hates gossip was not happy about the rumours being spread about her relationship, so confronted both women about it.

But it was at Martha's apartment (where she was relaxing in her dressing gown with a face mask) where it all bubbled over.

And by bubbled over we mean IT WAS VERY LOUD AND CYRELL SMASHED AN ACTUAL FRUIT BOWL IN THE PROCESS.

Of course, we can't mention the fruit bowl incident without making an honourable mention to that time Martha went full Jerry Springer and poured her entire glass of wine on Cyrell's head at the final dinner party.
