The Spill: Friday's best entertainment and gossip news.

1. “I drove past your house… and your work.” How Andy Lee got Rebecca Harding back.

When Andy Lee and Rebecca Harding took a six-month break from their relationship in 2016, Bec arguably handled it much better than her comedian boyfriend.

Speaking to Fitzy & Wippa on Nova 96.9. Bec, 27, and Andy, 38, played Couple Confessions, in which he shared his problematic coping mechanism.

“On our six month break, once a week, I drove past your house and your work. Once each per week. Hoping to accidentally bump into you,” he confessed.

The thing was… she already knew.

“Actually I knew about this… people at work saw you at the cafe, and they were like… why is Andy going to the cafe next to work?” she said.

When asked whether Bec and Andy ever bumped into each other, he replied with a “no”.

“I saw her once. Pretty creepy stuff. After we got back together, I thought – let’s hold off telling her this for a while!”

Love this one! A heap ???? Even more than I love the @cricketaustralia team. It’ll be neck and neck if they win at Lords though.

Now in the fifth year of their relationship, Andy first met Bec while she was a law student, and working at a restaurant as a waitress. He left his email on a napkin, and the rest as they say, was history.

Well-intended stalking behaviour, and all.

2. “She was very vocal.” Elly has explained why she really warned Matt about Abbie.

After last night’s contentious episode, it was clear that tensions were high between remaining Bachelor contestants, Elly Miles and Abbie Chatfield.

Just before the Rose Ceremony, Elly took Bachelor, Matt Agnew aside and warned him against the polarising 23-year-old.

“She’s funny, she’s a good time, but I think maybe she thinks she’s ready to move to Melbourne, to settle down with you and think about marriage and family,” said Elly.

“She’s convincing and would maybe be like that to you, but I don’t know if she’s emotionally mature enough for that.”

Speaking to the NW Magazine, Elly explained why she chose to ‘out’ Abbie to Matt, stating that there were signs which proved Abbie wasn’t as genuine about her intent to ‘find love’.

“At the time there were comments being made about going on Bachelor In Paradise and Abbie seemed keen. So I questioned whether she was here for the right reasons if she was already thinking about life without Matt on a different TV show,” said the 24-year-old nurse.

“She was very vocal about wanting to appear on the program.”

Instead, Elly suspected that her reason for wanting Matt had more to do with Abbie’s competitive nature, than a shared connection between the two.

“I don’t know whether she got caught up in it thinking that it was like a competition, you know a bit of a game!” she said.

“But it just got frustrating towards the end and not easy to ignore, because she was one way when the cameras were off and another when they were on,” she adds.

After last night’s Rose Ceremony, there are now only five girls left in the competition: Elly, and Abbie, as well as Chelsie Mcleod, Helena Sauzier and Emma Roche.

As for whether Matt will actually take Elly’s advice, and second guess his relationship with Abbie, we’ll have to wait till next Wednesday to find out for sure.

3. Kris Jenner breaks down in tears in the new trailer for Keeping up with the Kardashians.

One of the biggest rumours to plague the Kardashians is that Kris Jenner, 63, had an affair with O.J. Simpson.

You see, the conspiracy theory suggests that Jenner had an affair with Simpson while married to Robert Kardashian, the lawyer who represented Simpson in his infamous murder trial. Oh - and the theory also goes that Simpson is Khloe's dad.

"They printed a story that I was sleeping with O.J.," Jenner says to Khloe through tears in the latest trailer for Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

"After 25 years you'd think it just wouldn't be a thing."

The matriarch then puts her sunglasses on to hide her tears.

In June of this year, 71-year-old Simpson denied ever having a relationship with Jenner.

It seems like nothing will put the rumours to bed.

4. "This is my biggest fear. A photo of me in a bikini unedited." Demi Lovato has shared an "unashamed" bikini picture.

It's unclear precisely how/when/why it happened. But it seems that at some point in modern history someone decided that cellulite — a physical feature possessed by 80-90 per cent of women at one point in their lives — ought to be shameful. (Perhaps there was a meeting? A vote? We presume blokes in ties were involved.)

To the point that in sharing the below photograph to Instagram, singer Demi Lovato faced her "biggest fear": "A photo of me in a bikini unedited."

Captioning the picture, the 27-year-old said she's finally realised that her legs are "cellulit!"

This is my biggest fear. A photo of me in a bikini unedited. And guess what, it’s CELLULIT!!!! I’m just literally sooooo tired of being ashamed of my body, editing it (yes the other bikini pics were edited - and I hate that I did that but it’s the truth) so that others think I’m THEIR idea of what beautiful is, but it’s just not me. This is what I got. I want this new chapter in my life to be about being authentic to who I am rather than trying to meet someone else’s standards. So here’s me, unashamed, unafraid and proud to own a body that has fought through so much and will continue to amaze me when I hopefully give birth one day. It’s such a great feeling to be back in tv/film while not stressing myself with a strenuous workout schedule before 14 hour days, or depriving myself from a real birthday cake rather than opting for watermelon & whip cream with candles because I was terrified of REAL cake and was miserable on some crazy diet shit. Anyway, here’s me, RAW, REAL! And I love me. And you should love you too! Now back to the studio.. I’m working on an anthem.. ????????????????????????‍♀️ also. Just so everyone’s clear.. I’m not stoked on my appearance BUT I am appreciative of it and sometimes that’s the best I can do. I hope to inspire someone to appreciate their body today too. ???? #nationalcelulliteday #celluLIT ????????????

More than 5 million people have liked Lovato's post, and the comments section was thick with praise from fellow famous folk, including model Ashley Graham ("Showing us YOU is so incredibly beautiful. Thank you Demi!") to Hailey Bieber ("YES [all the fire emojies] U LOOK INCREDIBLE") and Will and Grace star Megan Mullally ("this is gorgeous").

The Sorry Not Sorry singer acknowledged that it's a work in progress.

"Just so everyone’s clear... I’m not stoked on my appearance, BUT I am appreciative of it and sometimes that’s the best I can do. I hope to inspire someone to appreciate their body today too."

5. "I don't know what happened." The Bachelor's Kristen on her portrayal as 'China Girl'.

For The Bachelor contestant, Kristen Czyszek, there are two words Australia will unfortunately remember her by: China Girl.

In the season premiere we saw the China researcher make her way to the bachelor mansion to the tunes of stock oriental music, before telling the camera: “Hopefully I remember how to speak English,” and that “fun fact, sometimes my friends call me the China girl!”.

However, speaking to Mamamia on the day after her eviction, the 24-year-old is adamant this wasn’t a true reflection of who she is as a person. Kristen says that watching herself in those initial episodes were confronting, and she is quick to clarify that the words: “China girl” were purely a joke.

“This is reality television and we are put into characters and little did I know that that would be mine,” she says.
