When Mary Dolandson went to a pub in Sydney in 2000, we're sure she wasn't expecting to meet a prince. Yet that's exactly what happened when she met Crown Prince Frederik. After 3 years of dating, Prince Frederik proposed with an emerald cut diamond ring with two ruby baguettes on either side. The the stones were chosen to match the colours of the Danish flag.
