David Jones kicked off their autumn/winter fashion last night with a celebrity-filled launch.
They had it all: Live graffiti, drummers, a tunnel and purpose built street lighting.
It looked like a setting for a graphic novel, but instead was the creative vision to showcase the fashion coming to David Jones this autumn/winter.
As for what you can expect to see in store, this season is all about 70s styling in wide leg pants, blouses, and wide brim hats. Head-to-toe white and head-to-toe black continue to dominate the colour palette.
As for the red carpet arrivals, there was definitely a ‘wear blue’ memo sent out to Jesinta Campbell, Montana Cox and Jess Gomes. And designer Camilla Franks looked epic with her smoky eye and mullet skirt moves.
