Married at First Sight's Zoe shows off her growing baby bump.

With just a few short months to go, Married at First Sight season one stars Zoe Hendrix and Alex Garner are getting in some serious training before joining the parenthood gang.

Sharing a snap of themselves and two nieces to Instagram, Zoe captioned the image, ” BALLARAT your [sic] a beauty! Having so much fun with our nieces & getting good mum & dad training #turnsoutwearentreadyforit #toddlersarelittledrunkpeople #luckytheyaresoadorable”.

The pair - who met on their wedding day in the first season of the controversial matchmaking show Married at First Sight - announced that they were expecting just a few short weeks ago, telling Woman's Day, “We’re absolutely over the moon."

Since making the announcement, Zoe's growing bump has become a prominent fixture on both her own and Alex's Instagram accounts.

Tragically, the couple suffered a miscarriage last year and spoke publicly about the impact the experience had on them both.

"Pregnancy is beautiful but it can still be beautiful even if it doesn't work," Zoe said. "It’s still a miracle. There’s such a high chance of it not happening at all. And I don’t want to scare people but I think we need to acknowledge both sides of it – then we can enjoy it even more, and say, 'How amazing.'"

Despite now being well on her way to becoming Zoe has been suffering with hyperemesis gravidarum – the same severe morning sickness that was experienced by Kate Middleton.

"I was in hospital for two days on a drip, and was vomiting 30 times a day," Zoe said, adding that thankfully things seemed to have settled down in her second trimester.

"I'm starting to enjoy the journey!" Zoe said happily.

There's no word yet on whether it's a girl or boy, but we're guessing that the Married at First Sight matchmakers are set to be on godparent duties.
