I just saw an ad for fresh canneloni sheets, cos filling the dried pasta is so difficult. Um, here's a tip to save on the fresh pasta.
If you want to make canneloni, make up your filling for it, and then put it in a piping bag. You don't need a nozzle on it. Then just pipe the filling into the tubes. Quick, easy, and best of all - CLEAN! :)
