I agree with the relationship queries - I'm in a relationship but we don't live together, so had to tick single...
I think the survey needs to be fleshed out a bit. As already mentioned, the relationship status question needs at least one more selection - for those in a relationship but who don't live together. Also, the first question, I was unsure if you meant men or women's physical beauty? I was assuming women and hope I was right because my responses would be very different! I didn't understand why personality traits were included in there. The way the question is phrased, I thought that you wanted to know if I looked at a photo of a person what would I find physically attractive about them? But the personality stuff threw me and I wondered if you meant what I found attractive about someone I actually know (in person or in the media)? Because again, they would be different responses. Maybe it would be good to have question 14 broken up. I absolutely change the way I talk about my body to women younger than about 20 but older than that (but still younger than me) I speak the way I truthfully feel (which is negative).
