Most kids spend their babysitting money at a shopping centre. Not this one.
A child has gone behind her parents’ back to get vaccinated and her parents are not happy.
We are though. We are so gloriously proud of the girl who saved up her babysitting money and spent it getting vaccinated. As was tweeted by @Xtin, “That kid for queen of the world.”
A woman from Ontario posted a rant on Reddit about her daughter getting vaccinated without her consent. (*Funnily enough, the original post has now been deleted.)
She wrote, “None of my children are vaccinated. Totally by accident I came to find out that my oldest daughter has been fully vaccinated.”
Twitter user, Xtin tweeted, “Kid has nutbar antivax parents. Kid uses babysitting money to get vaccinated on the DL. YASSSSS RT @chaeronaea: lmfao.”
The tweet consists of the post submitted by the ‘nutbar antivax parents’.
The mother’s oldest daughter has been vaccinated against a myriad of illnesses without either of her parents’ knowledge or consent.
The daughter – who is over 16 – admitted to her parents that she’d gone to clinics run for school aged children by local public health units.
“And [she] also got a few at a local walk in clinic that are not yet publicly funded paid for with her babysitting money,” the mum wrote.
When the mother called both public health and the clinic to complain about the fact they had vaccinated her child without the parents’ consent – their response was perfect.
They said because she is 16, they cannot release any information about her to her mother.
“My husband and I are livid that she was vaccinated without our consent,” the mum wrote.
She wants to know if they can take action against it and sue the clinics.
Sorry mum, we agree with Xtin, This kid for queen of the world.

I said it about the poor baby in England, now this, CHILDREN ARE NOT POSSESSIONS. They grow up to have minds of their own, too bad Mommy Dearest thinks they are hers to do with as she wishes. Nope. With that 'tude, I don't think your children will "take care of you" when you get old. You're trying to KILL them by not vaccinating. Which is bad enough, but you are also risking OTHER PEOPLE'S HEALTH by not giving them shots. Scary she was BABYSITTING and unvaxxed. Good girl, standing up for your own health and doing the right thing!
Since my parents are sane, I got all of my vaccines on time as a child. I was able to spend my babysitting money on whatever I wanted. Normal teenage stuff like weed and cigarettes.
