It would be a seriously naive woman who would honestly believe that their husband should or could resemble any character in the story,because it is just that....a story.They are made-up characters,with impossibly perfect characteristics. Thank-you Stephanie Meyer,for giving busy housewives a place to escape to and dream!! Bella doesn't have to work neither does Edward. The stories are wonderful but life is tough; as women we should at least every 2-3 months find time for your partner; its a two street think something "nice" to do together, no kids even if it just a bubble bath together; the true romance is in couples who spend their whole life together trying to please the other one and realize that this is what makes us as one!!! love notes are great also!!! Things like "Edward Cullen would never do that" used to pop into my head. I then realized that Love like that doesn't exist. It isn't real love. You spend the first year infatuated with your partner, then after that it sort of fizzles down, till you respect each other. That is my idea of love.Now i cook his dinner, clean his house and raise our son, I am nothing more than a housewife and mother, part of me would love an Edward Cullen to come and sweep me of my feet, another part of me thinks that all of that excitement 24/7 would get pretty tedious after a year or so!
