Some monarchs are just so modern.

So Queen Rania of Jordan has her own youtube channel. On it, she posts a web series aimed at breaking down stereotypes about Muslims and the Arab World.
Youtube have just given her their first Visionary Award for her work and in a clip you would never expect to see an actual royal Queen make, she spoofs David Letterman’s Top Ten List in her “Top Ten Reasons I Started My Youtube Channel”.
I’ve long been fascinated by Queen Rania. Just quietly, I think she’s the most stylish and beautiful woman in the world.

My father had the wonderful experience of working with the King and Queen of Jordan and the late King Hussein some years ago. And yes Mia she is fabulous, fashionable and funny. It will be a long journey for her in breaking down the stereotypes, but this fine woman may actually be able to do it.

I’ve admired Queen Rania for a long time, and her predecessor, Queen Nur, last wife of the late King Hussein. They’re wonderful ladies, who work very hard to improve conditions for their subjects, and to project a positive image of their country to the world.
Queen Rania also has a website, with lots of info and photos.
Apart from her work, and raising four great-looking children, she is very supportive of her husband, King Abdullah, and manages to look staggeringly beautiful the whole time. I enjoyed reading a magazine article about them a while back, and how the King and Queen insist on maintaining a very normal household with their children, doing things that regular, “non-royal” families do.

I agree Mia she is fantastic on every level, watching that brought a tear to the eye just cause she is trying and that means so much. What an enlightened lady.
