Tone Your Arms, Legs and Core in 1 Move

I love this super-move because it uses one of my favourite pieces of workout equipment – the contoured Kettlebell. They come in a large range of weights, so pick what’s comfortable for you.

For those of you who have never seen or used one, a Kettlebell is a cast iron weight that if often used in combined cardio/strength training exercises. That’s exactly what we are using it for today, so let’s get started.

Sculpted Body Kettlebell Assignment

  1. Stand with feet hip-distance apart, holding the Kettlebell handle with both hands. Let it hang in front of you as you get comfortable with it.
  2. To begin, stand still – moving only your arms to alternate holding the bell from the handle to the underside of the bell. A shallow throw will help you transition.
  3. Keeping the bell close to your body, repeating this simple movement for about 60 seconds.
  4. Now, it’s time to intensify! As you continue this motion with your arms, begin adding in a deep squat on both movements.
  5. Continue for 30 reps.
