A 'boundary breaking' female CEO is facing sexual harassment allegations.

The former CEO of a US underwear company has been hit with allegations of sexual harassment after she discussed female ejaculation, among other topics, with employees.

Miki Agrawal, the co-founder of Thinx — a company that makes “period underwear” – loves talking taboos.

“My favourite thing to talk about are the things you’re not supposed to talk about,” she says in a video posted on the company’s website.

However, it seems not all her employees feel the same way.

A former underling has filed a sexual harassment complaint against her old boss listing a myriad of sexual and inappropriate comments allegedly uttered by Agrawal.

According to the detailed complaint lodged with the City of New York Commission on Human Rights the 38-year-old has commented on the size and shape of her employees’ breasts and an employee’s nipple piercings.

She allegedly shared her own sexual exploits and her desire to experiment with polyamory.

Complaints also include that Agrawal spoke about wanting to begin a sexual relationship with one of her employees, and recounted a story of herself ejaculating, according to New York Magazine.

However, the alleged inappropriate behaviour was not limited to verbal harassment, with the statement also claiming Agrawal touched an employee’s breasts and asked her to expose them, as well as undressed in front of her employees.

Chelsea Leibow, the 26-year-old former head of public relations who filed the complaint, told NY Magazine reporter Noreen Malone she was not the only employee whose breasts were touched by Agrawal.

Liebow said she was fired in December after months of voicing concerns about her boss' behaviour and has also named managers in the company for not responding to complaints.

She claims Agrawal, who stood down from her position as CEO of Thinx earlier this month, also contributed to a company culture where staff in their 20s were referred to as "children" and older employees as "nannies".

Agrawal told NY Magazine the sexual harassment allegations were "baseless" and had "absolutely no merit".

"The team talks about vibrators and vaginas and vaginal steam baths, all these kinds of things all the time," she said.

"And if things are taken out of context, of course it’s going to seem like I’m saying something that’s not appropriate… At the time it did absolutely not make them uncomfortable. They were responsive and engaged and excited."

Another employee at Thinx told NY Magazine she didn't think her boss intended to make others feel uncomfortable.

"She’s not a predator and it’s not malicious, but that doesn’t make it right," the employee said.

"And it all boils down to the fact that she has no conception of it not being right."
