…..or maybe not. But whether you’re pregnant, have been pregnant, plan to be pregnant or are not remotely interested in being pregnant, there’s still something undeniably delightful about looking at how the most photographed women in the world dress their changing bodies.

Take a look at this gallery of celebrity maternity fashion (post continues below):

Kourtney Kardashian

Whether it’s tight, flowing, denim or black-tie (most women will have to get seriously frocked up at least ONCE during their pregnancy even if they’re not famous) there’s a bit of fashion inspiration here no matter what your personal style.

If you’ve been pregnant, how did it change your every day style?

I love Heidi Klum and Giselle Bundchen’s looks. You can wear styles that you normally wear!

Mmmmm…lovely pics but doesn’t make me want to get pregnant again ..my family is done! Was thinking though that the heading of the article may be a little insensitive to those that desperately would like to get pregnant but can’t? Just a thought…

Why should we all stop being happy about something great just because of a few select people? It’s sad, but life still goes on. People need to harden up.

I loathe the phrase “knocked up” – to me it is a degrading and derogatory way of describing something beautiful, not at all cute or fun. Can that be dropped from the headline and front page?

Angelina looks like she nicked a dirt-coloured UNICEF aid tent from Uganda and wore it with a necklace onto the red carpet.

OMG that is so weird, I watched the movie Reality Bites on the weekend and her one hit wonder is in the final credits, ( I remembered all the words) and I thought “Whatever happened to Lisa Loeb?”. And here she is 2 days later in a MM gallery. Bizarre.

I reckon beg, borrow and steal your maternity wardrobe is the way to go. I am pregnant and have purchased only a few items. I am amazed how many clothes were lurking in my 40 yo plus friends wardrobes….for just in case. I now have an eclectic style totally borrowed. But my trackies are still my in house favourite.

I hate those photos where the male has his hand on the baby bump. It’s so…..possessive, patronising, or something. I can’t really explain why I don’t like it, but it gives me the creeps.

I reckon it’s cute as long as the guy isn’t actually possessive or patronising. If it’s a gesture of love – like instinctually wanting to protect his kid or whatever – then it’s cute and adorable.

I hate it even more when women celebs do it…as in, heaven forbid if people think I’ve porked up so I’d better point out I’m pregnant, people! I’ve seen it done so awkwardly, my favourite was a celeb mum chasing her toddler, leaning down with one arm restraining him from getting too far ahead and the other cupping her pregnant belly, all while smiling for the pap! So ridiculous.

What!?! So the trackies and t-shirt that I’m constantly wearing when not at work (the only comfortable thing at my current 31 weeks) is not hot?!?
I’m too cheap to purchase clothes I’ll only wear for a few weeks, so daggy is on the menu for me I’m afraid.
I don’t know how these women manage to look so comfortable and at ease in their heels and frocks. I donned my heels at 20-or-so weeks.

I wore my heels to work right up to the end of both of my pregnancies. It was all going swimmingly until the front of my shoe caught on a stair and I fell up the stairs in front of all of the passing traffic. It was at that moment that I realised the whole myth that you lose all sense of balance when pregnant is actually true!!

I wore my preggo clothes for a lot longer than a couple of weeks!! A great pair of jeans and some tops that are breastfeeding friendly will take you through the extra months before your body is your own again! Totally worth investing in some things that make you feel fab :)

Wear what you like just as long as it fits.
Hillary’s dress looks like she is squeeziing a 25 week bump into a dress designed for 15 weeks.
Most of the other mums look great.
