Attitude is everything.
Wise words from E! host Giuliana Rancic who’s been battling breast cancer since October last year. In this red carpet interview, Giuliana says going back to work has been a welcome distraction since her treatment, which included a double mastectomy.
“Attitude is everything. That’s the most important thing in the world. It’s so easy to be driving down the street and to all of a sudden get choked up and want to cry but I immediately think about all the positive things in my life,” she said.

Giuliana is such a gorgeous person, I love her attitude – not just towards her illness, but towards life in general.
