Butt implants don’t help.
They dont help when you look in the mirror and realise you are so ugly it makes you sick.
They don’t help when you hate yourself for every single flaw.
They don’t help when you insist on picking up your husband from work two blocks down from where he got dropped off, because you are so god damn fucken ugly you know it would embarass him to be seen with you.
They don’t help when your own Mother In Law tells you how ugly you are, and how she never wanted you to get with her son, and wishes you didn’t, even if that means missing out on a grand daughter.

They don’t help when you hate yourself so much you wish you could just crawl into a ball and forget you exist.

I love the way she says “I don’t think implants are supposed to do that”. Gee ya think???? That statement just reinforces my opinion that anyone who would opt for butt implants in the first instance must be pretty freaking dim.
