FLUFF: Which celebrity has Russell Crowe denied sleeping with?

1. We’re “Friends, not lovers.” That’s how Les Miserables star and sometimes-Aussie (depending on when we feel like claiming him and when we don’t), Russell Crowe has described his relationship with burlesque star Dita von Teese.

The star has been forced to clarify the nature of the pair’s relationship, after rumours that the two were having “couple massages” together, circulated last week.

Crowe sent a tweet yesterday denying the relationship. He wrote:

Strangely, the tweet was deleted soon after it was sent.

48-year-old Crowe split from his wife Danielle Spencer in October last year after nine years of marriage. The couple have two children together – Charles and Tennyson.

People magazine are reporting that the couple have been on a few dates. They report that 50-year-old Demi was “giddy” on one of those dates (perhaps they were at a theme park?)

5. No one knows the name of Adele’s baby boy. Well, that’s not strictly true. Adele knows the name of her baby. And whoever filled out the boxes on his birth certificate probably knows it too.

But in an interview following her Golden Globes win on Sunday, Adele told reporters that she wasn’t ready to share the name she’d chosen for her (now three-month old) son with the world.

“I am not sharing his name at the moment. It is very personal to me. I am enjoying him on my own,” the British singer said.

In her acceptance speech for the best original song for her James Bond track Skyfall on Sunday, Adele paid tribute to her partner Simon Konecki and her “lovely son”.

Privacy was a bit of a theme for Golden Globe recipients this week…Jodie Foster said a lack of it growing up in the public eye is the reason she has never been keen to talk openly about her sexuality.

6. Frock watch: Would you wear it? It’s Emma Watson (formerly of Harry Potter fame, now more commonly seen sporting a Burburry trench coat in the famous brand’s advertisements) at the People’s Choice Awards.

The UK press described it as “unusual.” Well, yes.
