Qantas has a video to show you how to exercise on a plane. It's really f*cking weird.

Step one: REMOVE CLOTHING.

I don’t really not what deep vein thrombosis is, but I do know I don’t want it.

I think there are terrible socks you can buy to stop it? But they are ugly and I don’t want anything compressing my legs. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.

Luckily, the people who brought you Know Where Your Emergency Exits Are and This Is How You Put A Mask On (Children First, You Monster), aka Qantas, have created a new instructional video to show you how to exercise on a plane and keep that blood flowing right down to your tippy toes.

Watch it here:

Zzzzzzz *snort* huh? Sorry I fell asleep. But not before being bother by TWO THINGS.

Where are all the other passengers???

Where is the plane??

WHY IS SHE NOT WEARING ANY CLOTHES??!

Okay, that was three things. All very valid and important things though.

Seriously though, I wonder what the production was like on the shoot?

SOMEONE PLEASE GET THAT WOMAN A COMPLIMENTARY BLANKET FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SHE MUST BE FREEZING.

Look, the way I see it, long flights are uncomfortable enough without TAKING OFF ALL OF MY CLOTHES AND WEIRDLY FLEXING MY FEET, OKAY QANTAS??!

Just back the fuck off.

(Thanks Qantas, will try these next time.)
