Nothing worse than a meth-flavoured milkshake.
An American man is suing an In-N-Out Burger restaurant for spiking his milkshake with meth-amphetamines.
Fred Maldonado filed the lawsuit in California on Wednesday for negligence and strict liability. He claims that he bought a burger and milkshake from the drive-thru in March 2014, and then took it back to his hotel room. He ate the burger and drank half the drink.
The next morning, Fred finished the drink, and allegedly found two blue capsules and a napkin at the bottom of his cup.
He returned to the restaurant, showed the manager, and got a free burger. Pretty good deal. But Fred wasn’t satisfied.
