I to prayed for a miracle cream but unfortunately I did not see any changes and I used several tubes. I also had issues with the consistency and decided to e-mail the company. I was so impressed they informed me that when it is runny it could be old and replaced it without any hesitation but the new tubes made no difference. I guess to move the dimples it takes hard work – I have started jogging and using a dry loffa brush and I think that is doing something

I used the cream when it first came out… I used 7 tubes of it religiously every day , twice per day !
Yes it made the skin soft but did absolutely NOTHING for the cellulite !!!!!
    Not impressed !
Completely wasted my $$$$$$ , feel pi**ed off really for believing it could actually work, or make a bit of difference ! Now when I see it advertised I think ” wonder how long before THAT disappears from the shops because it’s a farce ” !!!!!!
The smell was ok, one of the tubes was runny like water but the others were ok.
Save your money girls, it is snake oil !!!!

I have liked using the cream, although it does get very runny and watery when opening the lid. I have not exactly seen spectacular results, although I do feel more confident – maybe it’s mind over matter? I feel like my skin feels nice and smooth though

Sorry to report that after 4 weeks of using the cream I have seen very little change in my cellulite. My skin does feel smoother to touch (probably the moisturising qualities) but the dimples are still there.

I have found the same thing, smoother skin but very little change to my cellulite. Maybe it takes longer to make a difference???
Don’t know if i could justify the price without an obvious result.

I like how easily the cream is absorbed. After 4 weeks of using it I honestly feel I have smother skin and less cellulite. (I do wonder though – I have a slight tan which I didn’t have 4 weeks ago, and also managed a lot of walking when I wasn’t working over the Xmas hols. Do these factors contribute to my legs looking better rather than it just being down to the cream alone?) Either way, I am wearing shorter shorts and skirts (without stockings), for the first time in years. So it’s made me more confident and I would definitely buy the product based on how much better I’ve been feeling since using it.

In all honesty I can’t really notice any significant difference after 4 weeks of using the cream. I didn’t find it particularly pleasant to use. The smell of the cream is a bit odd and the cream seems very runny and watery. On the plus side its very easily absorbed into the skin.

I am really enjoying using this product. I can’t stand creams that feel greasy and sit on the surface of the skin – this does the complete opposite! It smells so nice and it is easily absorbed. The major BONUS? I am seeing a great improvement to the texture of my skin – dimples seem less noticeable and my skin looks firmer. Can’t wait to see how my legs look after another four weeks!

I have noticed that after use my skin does seem more taut and perhaps smoother and toned…….using the product regularly has helped with moisturising – something I admit I do neglect! Whilst I still have orange peel, there seems to be less or maybe just not as pronounced

Hmmmm i did notice improvement after the first week of using Elixia (smoother legs, dimples not so deep), now I just think the constant use is just maintaining the initial change.

It’s really hard though to know how much improvement it made without proof of what it was 4 weeks ago. Now i wish I took before and after shots. Danggit!

While the smell is OK – neither offensive or exciting – I’m finding the texture a bit odd. Early on I was finding the crystals that others have mentioned. Now it seems to have thickened and the tube has clogged to the extent that I’m finding it hard to get any out.

I too had to get used to the product being a thinner lotion and squirting it everywhere – mostly all over the floor! I find it easy to apply and it leaves a pleasant result in that is not at all greasy so I can get dressed quickly without waiting for it to dry

I don’t mind the product I like the texture and is very easy to apply a little watery perhaps but I don’t have a problem with it. I think the product smells really bad, like an awful chemical. My friends asked what that smell was, they thought I had fake tan on! Also, don’t really like the scrub texture, and it’s quite watery.

I really like the product. I find it easy to apply, it makes my skin feel smothe and I can honestly say I see a difference after 3 weeks of using it! I’ve tried a few other cellulite creams before (including some expensive ones) and never found any that worked – until this one.

I’m surprised many people comment on the bad smell; I dont mind the smell at all and in fact would say it’s a hell of a lot more pleasant than almost all the other cellulite products I’ve tried.

The only thing I’ve found annoying is that I often have trouble squirting it out of the tube, which seems to block up every few days. A couple of times it’s been so clogged up that I’ve widened the hole with a skewer, only to find it gush out and cover my bathroom floor! Has anyone else had this problem or did I simply get a dud sample!?

I honestly felt like I was using a cream I’d pulled from the back of the cupboard in an emergency. The smell and texture were reminiscent of an old watery slightly off smelling cream. I have continued use for the purpose of the trial but I doubt very much I would ever purchase this.

Ditto! As per an earlier comment I made – the cream seems to develop small sharp hair-like crystals in it and I have to give it a good shake so that the end isn’t all clogged up with them. I am loving the product so far, although I have not seen any results just yet I am really enjoying the smell and texture. Often products can be overwhelming – and for a product that promises so much I was expecting something incredibly gluggy full of miracle beads or something!! But it’s nice and light, the soft scent makes it a treat.

Like a few people have said, the bottle gets a little clogged up – but i’m going to assume its just a few its happening too :)

Like others here I think it hydrates well, has a pleasant smell and non-greasy texture. I have been using it on my tummy stretch marks and they have diminished – not sure if that is the plumping action or more going on underneath :-)

I am really enjoying using this product – it has a fresh citrus smell and the texture is really light and easily absorbed into the skin. The only strange thing is the little fibres that are in the lotion, but it doesn’t affect the way the lotion feels so I guess it is just one of the active ingredients in the formula.

I have only tried ‘firming’ creams in the past, so will be interested to see how this cellulite cream works. It has been 3 weeks, and no change yet, will wait and see. The texture is very smooth and as soon as you feel it, you know the cream will be hydrating for the skin. It glides on silky smooth and is very light, not oily at all. The smell is fairly pleasant because it’s not over-powering or too sweet. It is quite plain and simple in fragrance which is good for those who dislike ‘candy’ type smells.

For me, this cream is more of a hydrating serum as opposed to a cellulite cream. I don’t believe it tightened the skin, but I do admit it hydrated well.

I have found the lotion to have a lovely light consistancy and applies easy and soaks into the skin without the heaviness or greasy residue.

I am now into my third week and haven’t noticed any further changes to my cellulite although I am strarting to run out of product resulting in me using less product each time.

The only annoying thing about the lotion I find, is that it is constantly getting stuck when I try to squeeze it out so I have to bang it upside down until whatever is clogging the hole disappears.

Although I have never used a cellulite cream in the past, I have always been intrigued by their promises. Are they really hope-in-a-jar, or are they a solution to an ongoing battle?

When I was given a tube of the Elixa BodySHaper to try, I was excited to give it a go. Every day I have followed the instructions and apply it straight after a shower. It is so easy to use and smells beautiful, but at the moment I still have cellulite. I’ve only been using the product for 3 weeks though so only time will tell if I will get the desired results.

I, like many other commenters haven’t used a cellulite cream before. This is not because I have doubted their effectiveness, but because it was simply something I never thought about. I always knew I had cellulite and it is always been a worry I have just never done anything about it. While being slim, a number of years of yo-yo dieting have taken their toll.

So far I have noticed a very minor improvement in the appearance of the cellulite since using the product. The cream has a lovely texture and if nothing else, has left my skin very soft. The main disappointment regarding the product is that the smell isn’t the greatest and does tend to linger.

I am a virgin when it comes to cellulite cream. I would love to say that it’s because I have never had cellulite (sadly this is not true) but because they seem to be really expensive and I have always had my doubts about whether they work or not.

I haven’t experienced any of the funny textures of BodyShaper product that others seem to have dealt with, I have however experienced the smell. The smell is quite clinical and I always feel the need to cover it up with copious amounts of perfume.

I do like the feel of my skin after I have massaged the BodyShaper into my wobbly thighs. They do feel silky after applying the product. The skin also feels firmer. I can’t notice a difference in looks yet but I do definitely like the feel of my skin.

I’ve never used a cellulite cream before as the budget hasn’t allowed it, and also thought the only way to get rid of cellulite would be through diet and exercise and the rest is up to genetics. I’ve never used a cellulite cream before. Lazy and a bit doubtful that they would actually do anything. We’ll see what happens with this one.

It feels a little sticky when it goes on, and it doesn’t smell that awesome (not offensive or bad, just not as lovely as it could be) and remembering to put it on twice a day is a challenge, but shall see!

Cellulite is a new concern for me. I’ve always had ‘good legs’ and not worried about it. But at the grand old age of 35 and carrying a little extra weight, I’ve started to see it appearing and I don’t like it! Maybe it is because of the ‘good legs’ thing that I’m emotionally struggling with the change.

This is the first time I have been using a cellulite cream and am not convinced on it. I am a bit concerned about the properties of what is in it – I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this, but my tube of Elixia seems to get these sort of crystals in it when it first comes out, like little rods of thin hair-like crystals and a bit of separation of the contents. I have been shaking it before use to mix it but still find these bits throughout. I think I have too much cellulite for this stuff to work!

Honestly I don’t think I have used the cream enough to get the full benefits, if the directions on the tube and comments below are anything to go by. Maybe I need to apply it more frequently that being siad I just find it really hard to believe that a cream could reduce my cellulite. I have had cellulite since forever, no matter what size I am, on my bum and back of upper thighs and while I don’t like it , I’ve just learnt to live with it or rather, try to ignore it. I still wear a bikini, I wouldnt in my teens but as I get older my care factor decreases. I’ve never used a cream before, for the reason I’ve mentioned above. I am now in my second week of Elixia and I don’t know if it’s my mind playing tricks on me but I can definitely see a decrease in the visibility of my cellulite. hooray! hoorah!

I’m sure the fact that I am also into my second week of exercising 5 times a week has contributed to the overall tone and look of my legs but I think Elixia has helped speed up the process and smooth what is on top.

I hate it – I guess it is also a reminder of being unhealthy. And as a single Mum back out in the dating game you seemingly need a perfect body to be considered as a prospect – your personality and abilities are irrelevant in such a superficial world. Those 40 something men think (and usually can) get the 30 something girls – not sure for how long though.

So despite my moral outrage I am now on a get fit and lose weight campaign but am doing it for the health side of it – not to catch a man. Hopefully when those extra love handles and thunder thighs are gone, the cellulite won’t seem to obvious… LOL :-)

I have been trying the Elixia as part of the MM trial (thanks for considering me!) and am using it mainly on my tummy where I have the bubbly leftovers from pregnanvy and can say I have noticed a difference in the ‘cottage cheese’ effect. I am wondering how long term it is though as I couldn’t afford to keep buying it at $95 a tube

For me it took the full four weeks to notice any difference at all (I am a very small person after losing a lot of weight so I expected that) so be patient and persist but the changes are quite significant, Enough for friends to notice and make comment!
It didn’t completely rid all the markings however it smoothed out the deepest marks and the skin appears much tighter and less dimpled.
I combined the product with dry brushing to improve results and I’m glad I did because for the first time in years I’ll be wearing shorts this summer.

I actually have serious doubts whether a creme can remove cellulite or make it appear less but I was willing to give it a go. I have been selected to try the creme but so far have noticed no difference after approx 3 weeks of using it. I’m thinking the only way to really get rid of cellulite is to eat a healthy diet and exercise so you are toned, but I think people are always after a miracle cure or quick fix (include myself in that statement).
