Mums of the internet are pretty peeved over this 'offensive' baby onesie.

In 2017, there is no shortage of practical, adorable and on-trend baby clothes, most of which we wish came in adult sizing.

But with the cute comes the stupid, nonsensical and down right inappropriate.

One mum found such an item recently while shopping and was compelled to share it online to see if anyone else thought the onesie’s slogan was on the vulgar side.

Take a look for yourselves…

Mumsnet user, Jarhead123 posted the image of the onesie emblazoned with the slogan "All mummy wanted was a back rub", expressing her concern about the clothing's implied sexual innuendo.

And the mums of the internet responded, showing they have zero time for vulgar baby clothing.

"If someone had bought that for my DD when she was a baby, I'd have used it to wipe her bum, never mind her wearing it," one user wrote.

Another agreed, commenting "I know that, obviously, babies are the result of sex. But does anyone look at a little baby and think "awww, I wonder if they were a mistake/how their parents concieved them"??? (sic)."

Aside from the reference to a child being 'an accident', another user brought up the onesie's more sinister implication.

"Apart from the grossness of sex references on kids' clothes, this actually seems to be saying that someone was raped!? Horrific," they wrote.

We tend agree with these mums - let's just all agree to stick to fun colours and cute patterns, OK?

What do you think about this onesie's slogan? Do you think it's offensive?
