A 150kg obese rapist who crushed his victims will stay in jail.

A morbidly obese rapist who met his two young victims at train stations while masquerading as a drug dealer, has lost a bid to appeal his 13 year conviction.

Melbourne’s Noureldin Derwish, who weighs more than 150kg and is incontinent, weaved a web of elaborate lies to control his victims, who were aged just 17 and 23.

He told one he had fed her a pill containing a GPS tracker, which could only be removed if she had sex with him, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.

He told another he was a multi-million dollar business man who knew where Osama Bin Laden was hiding.

The 27-year-old met his first high-school aged victim at Flinders Street station where he offered her drugs in exchange for sexual favours.

The girl refused but he later called her and told her to meet him at a hotel, where he told her he had a gun, handcuffed her to the bed and raped her repeatedly.

To ensure her silence he then threatened to kill her family.

The Herald Sun reports Derwish met his second victim at Glenroy Station, where he supposedly told her to pretend it was his birthday and she was his girlfriend.

He then took her to a nearby hotel where he told her he had a gun and people planted in the building who he would call if she did not comply to his will.

Both Derwish’s victims said they were crushed under his immense weight as he raped them.

“He said he had raped and killed people and that he had his boys watching her every move and that he had been tracking her on her phone so that he would know if she called the police,” the appeal judges said.

“The applicant told her to shut up because his boys were watching and would shoot her if she didn’t act normal. He then made her take a photo of the pair of them on his phone, instructing her to look happy. He made her take some pills, claiming one of them contained a GPS which could only be removed if he ejaculated in her.”

Derwish was jailed for 12 years and three months with a minimum of eight years in December 2013.

He was found guilty of 13 counts of rape, as well as several counts of false imprisonment and making threats to kill.
