It’s been a while since all that excitement surrounding the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton(15 months, actually) but the honeymoon photos have finally emerged.
Australian magazine Woman’s Day got the world exclusive pics from their holiday at the exclusive island of Desroches. Allvoices.com reports that the couple are furious that the pictures have been publicised, after an unwritten agreement with the press that their privacy would be respected:
Apparently, the Aussie monthly magazine ‘Woman’s Day‘ took the controversial decision to publish the ‘world exclusive’ photographs of Kate and Wills, despite knowing it would not be taken well by the royals.
The magazine’s front page features the royal couple baring a lot of flesh on the Seycelles beach during their honeymoon last May. It is as yet not known how the publication got hold of the exclusive pictures…
Apparently most newspapers knew about the closely guarded secret location of Wills and Kate honeymoon before they jetted off. However, after the royal couple’s request for privacy, the media respecting their private time together, refrained from sending photographers to the honeymoon destination.
Now a full fifteen months after their wedding, Wills and Kate are understood to be feeling betrayed and upset that the beach photographs of their honeymoon were chosen to be published by the Australian magazine, especially of their ‘special time.’
Just three days ago, Kate was running around her old school playing hockey.

It’s weird that these photos are only the public domain over a year after the wedding.
But what’s WEIRDER is that they are not in the British press. It’s well known that the British paparazzi can be pretty vicious in hunting down exclusive shots of pretty much any celebrity, let alone the most popular Royals on the planet.
The British press are hopefully adhering to the “gentleman’s agreement” in place with the Royal Family, whereby the paps are given specific opportunities to photograph the Royals. More power to them, they deserve their privacy. It’s awful that Woman’s Day feel like these rules don’t apply to them, therefore invading the privacy of Kate & William which they’ve done so much to preserve.
What’s worse is that I didn’t expect this from MM.

God I wish the British Royals would hold hands and make physical contact with one another. They looks so… detached or something. Just as well they have radiant smiles.

Gosh, she looks so buff!! Many may like this body type, but I prefer something a little softer…I reckon lots of hours at the gym and strict eating is needed to look like this! The pic that gets me the most is her talking to Nicole Kidman…Nicole always looks so thin, but she looks huge next to Kate! Bad angle, I am sure, but still….teeny, teeny little waist on her!

I don’t believe for one second that these pics are from their honeymoon as if they were, they would of been sold in the blink of an eye for a massive price.

At first, I thought that picture looks like a photoshop fail where they’ve cropped too much off, but it’s real! I’m not skinny-bashing I swear. If that’s her natural shape and she’s being healthy, then more power to her. But I can’t help think of how she used to look just a few years ago and wonder where the rest of her has gone? I’m scared that this photo is going to become prime ‘thinspo’…

she is thin but I doubt she’s hungry…she’d be so busy, have a personal trainer AND access to the best chefs in the world to make her dukan meals, zone meals, or whatever. Same as hollywood stars – we could all be skinny if we didn’t have to do it ourselves!!

I’ve always admired her individuality, but am reminded of the saying “the camera adds more weight.” So its extremely concerning when you look at a pic of her, you naturally ask, “how much skinnier does she seem in real life!”

What a shame that the media felt the need to publish these photos when Wills and Kate went to such lengths to have some privacy on their honeymoon. Do these pictures actually add anything to the thousands we have already seen? Couldn’t we have easily lived without them.
