I admire and really respect Hilary Clinton but I do not think she came across well here. She seems flustered and is not handling some very important questions well. A lot of posturing and grandstanding and a lot of avoiding the questions. Saying it doesn't make a difference? i think is terrible and i do not believe she could actually believe this. Of course it makes a difference and i think she sounds glib and imagine that quote will be used against her in the future.
I adore Hilary Clinton but I actually don't think she handled the questioning that well here. I think her comment saying it made no difference whether they lied about the cause of these deaths being related to the protests or not is sad. I think it does matter & saying it matters less now & belittling the question of misleading the public & implying blame on protestors when it seems it was most likely an unrelated act of terrorism does not actually sit well with me. There were obviously some sever systematic failures in this situation which is also the conclusion of the Independent Accountability Review Board. That said I do still admire Hilary Clinton just not for these comments.
