Someone just needs to tell Chris Brown to stop doing things. ALL the things. Because he’s just reached a whole new devastatingly depressing low by abusing a woman on Twitter.
The 23-year-old singer – who is, incidentally, still on probation for beating his girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 – abused comedy writer Jenny Johnson after she replied to one of his tweets calling him a “worthless piece of s**t”.
In return, he repeatedly called her a “ho”, a “pathetic b*tch” and told her to “take them teeth out when u Sucking my dick HOE.”
And then there was the below CHARMING tweet which Jenny retweeted:
Chris Brown has since deactivated his entire Twitter account but the retweets on Jenny Johnson’s account remain.
This from the New Zealand Herald:
Johnson finished her back-and-forth with the singer by saying: “Okay. I’m done. All I got from that exchange with Chris Brown is that he wants to s**t and fart on me.”
She later posted: “I have zero respect for a person who seems unapologetic for the terrible crime he committed and shows no signs of changing.”
In 2009, Brown assaulted Rihanna during an argument in Los Angeles.
He later pleaded guilty to assault.
Since then, Brown has worked to repair his image, undergoing violence counselling and putting out a new album.
Recent rumours say he has reunited with Rihanna, after the pair were spotted together during his tour in Europe recently.
To quote one of the women you abused on Twitter, Chris Brown: Your mother must be so proud of you.

Idea for Chris Brown’s next tattoo. Big capital “L” right in the centre of his forehead.
Many of us have deserved one of these “loser stamps” from time to time. But he is just earning a bigger and bigger one. Learn from your mistakes angry one.

Okay. Chris Brown is an idiot. I am not debating that. He should of never hit Rhianna. I get that – and im sure so does 99% of the population. But Mamamia – you have published many stories about cyber bullying.. And i do feel that is a little hypocritical with regards to your constant reporting about Chris Brown..?He did an incredibly stupid thing.. But i feel like it has been way over discussed on this site.

this is hardly cyber bullying unless he’s going to read it? personally i have no qualms about publicly villifying a man who beats up on a woman

Cyber bullying can exist regardless of whether or not the victim reads it. If your name was being trashed/abused online and you were unaware of this, it would still be cyber bullying.

Publicly condemning someone for violence against woman is NOT cyberbullying! It’s making a stand against an act society (should) deems unacceptable.

Bashing up someone you are meant to love is stupid – but that’s not all it is. It’s repulsive and evil and it’s not bullying to say so.

Sure, he went further than was warranted, but If someone calls you a “worthless piece of shit” then you’re going to retaliate. If you’re going to call someone with a track record like Chris Brown a “worthless piece of shit” then you’re going to have to expect some vile retaliation.
You can’t set an abusive idiot up and then cry foul when he comes back at you.
Why is he still getting air time?

I actually love Jenny Johnson, by virtue of a piece she published on why she gives Chris Brown and the Kardashians such a hard time (an open letter).

What really kills me is that the final tweet in this is exchange is Jenny telling Chris to, seriously, get some help after he said “ask Rihanna if she mad.” The guy shows no remorse at all for beating a woman to a pulp. Rihanna is only TWENTY FOUR YEARS OLD. Let’s all think about that for a second. Makes my blood run cold.

I just read that link and this woman sounds like a troll. Sure if she’s just tweeting about these people and being funny then that’s in line with her job a a comedy writer but from what I can gather (and after looking at her twitter feed) she actually tweets @ these people and replies to things they have written. sounds like trolling to me.

I just read that article and i don’t understand how she comes across as a troll? any comedy writer tends to do exactly this. its honest. ever watched an episode of Chelsea Lately? its brutal. and brilliant. which is why its one of the top rated shows on E

Ok, I can’t stand Chris Brown and I too am of the opinion that he is a piece of shit BUT (and I can’t believe I’m actually typing this) she started it. She was the one who replied to one of his tweets abusing him.
As the story doesn’t say what the tweet she replied to actually said I have to give the guy the benefit of the doubt. I’ll gladly retract my opinion if his original tweet was something vile or disgusting
loading...
Yes I agree. If you go out of your way to provoke vile people what does one expect?
I guess this was exactly the reaction Jenny wanted.

The original tweet she replied to was something like “damn, I look old! I’m only 23″. Jenny then responded with something like “yeah, being a worthless piece of shit really ages you”.
So yeah, I guess she did start it and it probably wouldn’t have continued the way it did had she not engaged with him. But I still think the exchange is very telling about the kind of man Chris Brown is. Every single thing he tweeted in response to her was misogynistic and disgusting. There are ways to deal with criticism of the sort Jenny sent to Chris and he chose a really bad way that confirms the awful things people (including me) believe about him.

This is the link that Jenny herself posted a picture of on her Instagram, it lists the whole conversation. People are saying that she started it, that’s exactly right, she did, she’s calling him out on the fact he beat a woman and shows no remorse. She isn’t playing the victim or crying foul about the exchange, she’s totally embracing it and laughing his insults off.
