Willow and Buffy. Not slaying vampires anymore. Just fairy bread at kids’ parties.

They’re a long way from Sunnydale (aka the Hellmouth) these days, but Buffy and Willow are still besties.

That is, Sarah Michelle Gellar, 38, who will always be the slayer, and Alyson Hannigan, 41, who actually married fellow Buffy (and Angel) star, Alexis Denisoff.

Gellar posted a very heart-warming pic (for those of us who never recovered from the series ending) of the two of them to Instagram on Saturday.

“So this girl (#AlysonHannigan) and her husband (#AlexisDenisof) know how to throw a party. I thought I was good with the crafts, till I went to this party #CraftMaster Thanks for having the #PrinzeFamily I’ve never seen a farm and pony rides in Santa Monica before #NowIveSeenItAll” Gellar wrote along with the pic.

Hannigan and Denisof’s daughter Keeva turned three that day, so we’re assuming it was one hell of a crafty party.

Hannigan even mentioned her adorable former character AND Gellar in a Twitter post earlier this month.

“I had a lovely time with @SarahMGellar when I ran into her at Michaels today,” Hannigan tweeted. “Our mutual love of crafting would make Willow happy I think.”

It’s a Buffy love-fest.
