A young couple has been given a chance to see 70 years into the future. The results are pretty damn cute.

Kristie and Tavis, in their 20s, are given an “elderly makeover” in newly released video, 100 Years of Beauty by Cut Video and Field Day.

Kristie and Tavis are due to marry next month.

The pair, due to marry in a month, are transformed in the video from attractive young things to a married couple in 20-year increments.

The use of prosthetics and realistic costumes make for a remarkably realistic glimpse into the future as they are shown their late 50s, then their 70s — then, finally, into greying, nightgown-wearing 90-year-olds.

Adorably, even almost unrecognisable at age 90, the pair stare at each other in adoration.

“You look fantastic,” Tavis tells Kristie when she reaches 90. “You don’t look a day over 75.”

He adds: “I can’t help but think about what the potential last 50 years were.

“To see her look like this I just think of where we’ve gone.”
