Kesha releases damning emails allegedly sent by Dr Luke trashing her weight.

It’s been nearly a year since a judge ruled singing sensation Kesha was still contractually obliged to the man who allegedly abused her.

It was just another legal hurdle in Kesha’s ongoing pursuit of the music producer, whom she alleges sexually assaulted her, drugged her and abused her during his time as her mentor.

Today, Page Six has published excerpts of emails purportedly between Kesha’s manager Monica Cornia and Dr. Luke, amid their ongoing legal battle.

One of the emails sees Dr. Luke make light of Kesha’s battle with an eating disorder, appearing to show little empathy for the singer’s high-profile battle with bulimia.

“Nobody was calling anybody out,” Dr. Luke reportedly writes to Cornia in June 2012.

“We were having a discussion on how she can be more disciplined with her diet. there have been many times we have all witnessed her breaking her diet plan. this perticular [sic] time — it happened to be diet coke and turkey while on an all juice fast.”

Dr. Luke also reportedly reveals in an earlier message that “A-list songwriters and producers are reluctant to give Kesha their songs because of her weight.”

The emails also include an alleged argument between Dr. Luke and Kesha over the lyrics in one of her songs.

The producer wanted the phrase, “You see us in the club sip sippin bub,” while Kesha preferred, “You see us in the streets we da we da freaks,” because she doesn’t go to clubs.

In response, Dr. Luke allegedly wrote: “I don’t give a s**t what you want. If you were smart you would go in and sing it.”

The duo’s highly-publicised fall out came after Kesha filed a civil suit against Dr. Luke in October 2014 for infliction of emotional distress, gender-based hate crimes and employment discrimination.

The Timber singer alleged on one occassion, Dr Luke fed her what he called ‘sober pills’, before she woke up “naked in Dr Luke’s bed, sore, sick… and with no memory of how she got there”.

At one point, Kesha says he also called her a “fat f***ing refrigerator.”

She claims the incidents occurred between 2005 and 2008.

In response to the civil suit and the allegations, Dr. Luke counter-sued his former star saying she fabricated the allegations to get out of her contract.
